Plenty of Sunshine

Part of the magic of working with our clients is taking the time to learn how they want to use the space we’re renovating; what their lifestyle is like, and how best we can make their home dreams come true. This particular project is a great example of a first floor reorganization. The kitchen has been expanded into what was previously the dining room, and the new dining room is now part of the sun room. Because of that change, we were also able to partition off a designated living room. By taking some of the interior partitions and adding new ones, we created a spacious and streamlined galley style kitchen, complete with a seating area and custom built-in cabinetry along the back wall. This is not only visually appealing, but it’s practical for our client’s style in using the space, with more openness, storage, natural light, and a better flow that is adjacent and parallel to the sunroom.
