Since the beginning, our goal has been to hire the best talent.
Whether they are new to the crew, or have been here for decades (some have been with us for over 20 years!), we’re proud of our team and the dedication they bring to work every day.

JAMIE
CARPENTER
Growing up, Jamie always seemed to have a hammer in his hand. As a little kid, he enjoyed helping his uncle build birdhouses, and as early as junior high school he was doing construction side jobs over summers. Jamie knew from then on that he wanted to work in construction; he attended Eastern Vo-Tech in Upper Moreland and graduated from Hatboro-Horsham High School. Working at Gemmi Construction since 2014, Jamie appreciates the opportunities to gain new carpentry skills, working alongside those on the team that have been there longer. Away from work, he plays floor hockey, builds and collects model trains, and loves being in the outdoors; camping, hunting, fishing, and pursuing photography of trains and wildlife. PETER
PETER
CARPENTER
Raised in Bucks County where he currently lives, Peter joined Gemmi Construction in 2022, just after graduating from Central Bucks High School. From age five, he was always tinkering with something, and loved disassembling toys to learn how they worked. Peter got into carpentry at age eight thanks to his grandfather, when they built a large chicken coop together. As a teenager, Peter helped his cousin on home renovation projects, and the rest is history. At work, Peter likes framing, finishing, and masonry, and he has a great appreciation for the attention to detail that is integral to Gemmi Construction. He likes working with the crew and points out that “they’re just nice people”. Outside of work, Peter enjoys fishing, and spending time with family, especially his grandparents. Family has always been very important to Peter and he credits much of his learning to his grandparents; listening to their stories and learning about their lives.

CHASE
CHASE
CARPENTER
Second generation! Chase joined Gemmi Construction in 2025 as part of the MBIT Co-op program. Following in his father’s footsteps, Chase is the son of Matt who has been on the Gemmi team since 2003. On job sites, Chase is learning the ropes, handling different tasks each day, and taking it all in. When asked about the experience he’s getting, he says, “Everything is new to me and you’re always learning something. I like watching the process on the projects and seeing the transformation from start to finish.”
At an early age, Chase was at his dad’s side, helping around the house, learning woodworking, and building small projects and tree forts. He had MBIT in his radar a few years before the opportunity arose, and once he heard that our own John Gemmi was so involved there, that’s when he decided for sure that he wanted to attend. Chase is an honor roll student at his high school, and he has completed the OSHA certificate training program at MBIT. When not working or in school, Chase spends time watching the Eagles and the Phillies, riding dirt bikes, and playing with his dog. We’re so excited to see what’s next for this “2nd gen” Gemmi crew member!
