A Smart Reconfiguration

This had previously been a typical mid-1990s primary bathroom, with a soaking tub surrounded by an extended platform. Though popular in its day, the configuration unnecessarily took up three-fourths of the available real estate. Part of the renovation was to reorganize the layout, making better and smarter use of unused space. Keeping the plumbing in the existing location was cost effective so, working within the existing footprint, we relocated the shower, as our client no longer needed a tub. The end result is a much-needed upgrade in a more open area with plenty of added space for storage.
