Beauty and Efficiency

Sometimes big things come in small packages. Such is the case in this quaint and historic row home from the late 1800s. This era home often incorporated exposed pipe and other unique integrations of plumbing fixtures within the space. This gave us a chance to get creative and bridge old world elements such as marble and chrome with new and current plumbing fixtures for the bathroom. Another characteristic of homes from the 1800s is that storage was almost non-existent, so to solve that challenge, we created hidden built-ins, providing a place for everything and everything in its place.
