Previously an enclosed porch, the bar room was a game changer, serving as a dual indoor/outdoor service bar. From a tennis match or dip in the pool, to cooling off in the pavilion and relaxing in the hot tub, guests can segue inside to enjoy a cocktail as they walk through the home, designed with well-planned traffic patterns for optimal entertaining and gathering.
